Order

Drop me an email at andrealism [at] gmail [dot] com. Please state the word “Order” as the subject matter. Include the following details in your email: Product Code, number of purchase and/or color preference (if any), your Real Name, Phone Number and the Full Address you want your purchase to be delivered.

If you want the product to be delivered to another address (of a friend’s maybe), kindly provide me the Name of Recipient and the Recipient’s Full Address.

Please ensure all information given is correct and accurate.

I will respond to your email as soon as possible.

All products are sold on a first come first serve basis. I will reply you to confirm availability of the product before we proceed with the payment details. Product availability will also be indicated on the site.

Payment

Once the above is confirmed, I will reconfirm the total amount to be paid and forward account details via email. For the moment, payments can only be made via bank transfer/Interbank Giro (IBG) to Maybank. I’m currently working on other payment gateway so please bear with me on this.

All products listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and/or US Dollars (USD), and excludes shipping fees.

Please make payment within 3 days of order confirmation, otherwise the said order will be canceled.

Shipping

Delivery runs will be done every Saturday.

Understand that all prices listed for each product on this site excludes shipping fees. Shipping will only be made within 7 working days once payment is cleared. I will notify you via email upon delivery.

I use Pos Malaysia to ship out the products.

Domestic (within Malaysia)

Products will be shipped through domestic mail, or Pos Ekspres (if possible, depending on product size), and shall be charged at RM 4 for first item and subsequently RM 1 for each additional item nationwide. Additional charges may apply depending on actual weight of the products and size of parcel used. You shall be informed via email if that happens (but that’s rare). If product is shipped via Pos Ekspres, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon delivery. Delivery may take approximately 3 to 7 working days.

International (anywhere in the world)

Products will be shipped in a padded envelope via Registered Airmail. Shipping is charged at USD 3.50 for the first item and subsequently USD 1 for each additional item. Delivery may take approximately 7 to 15 working days, depending on your location and any delays due to local customs clearance. You are responsible for customs charges incurred, if any.

andrealism is not liable for any damage or loss during delivery.

Custom Order

Please email me your requirements with the subject matter “Custom Order”. I shall confirm with you if I am able to accept it and then we will work out the rest of the details. If Custom Order is time sensitive, please submit your request preferably 2 months in advance.

Once Custom Order is finalized, you are required to pay 50% of the agreed purchase price upfront. This is non-refundable. The balance of the payment will be made upon completion of the Custom Order. Take note that the agreed purchase price does not include shipping and handling fees.

Wholesale?

Unfortunately, I can’t do wholesale. All products are handmade and/or hand-stitched by the one and only, yours truly, and therefore I can only produce a small volume for each item, depending on how time-consuming to put together one product. However, if you own a shop and welcome small amount of one-of-a-kind made-to-order products, lets discuss more. Email me at andrealism [at] gmail [dot] com.

Returns & Refund

Do ensure your heart is set on the product you wish to purchase. As all products are made-to-order, andrealism does not accept exchanges or returns.

However, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Should that happen, please email me with the details within 7 days of receipt. As such, the said product must be returned within 10 days of receipt but please contact me first before doing so and obtain proof of posting. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of goods differs from what was sent out. All refunds will solely be for the price of the products. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Again, andrealism is not liable to any damage or loss during delivery.

Production

As andrealism is a ‘one-woman factory’ label, I do take time to carefully create my products. I aim to give quality unique handmade products to my customers, all made with care, over production quantity. Value of each product is mostly based on workmanship other than cost of materials used.

Materials used to make these products are sourced from various places, handpicked by me and are not purchased at wholesale value (Hence, some products are one-off items only). The felt I use varies between acrylic and low/high wool content. Badge/brooch backs, earring hooks, chains, clasps, wiring, etc are usually nickel plated, unless stated otherwise.

Safety Note

My products are targeted for those young-at-heart and are not designed for young children, particularly when some may contain either small/sharp parts.

Origin of andrealism

Malaysia. Used to be based in Kuching, Sarawak, but is now in the state of Selangor. The ‘factory’ is located on a small desk in Andrea’s bedroom.
